Cole Swindell shares wedding photos and writes sweet birthday greetings for his wife

Cole Swindell shared a heartwarming birthday message to his wife and “best friend” on Thursday (August 29).

“Happy birthday, my best friend, (Courtney Little Swindell)! It still drives me crazy to call you my wife. I love you more than anything in the world and wish I could be here celebrating today. I hope I can always make you feel like it’s your birthday! Swipe to see the reaction to one of my best dad jokes,” the country artist wrote in his caption on Instagram while posting a few photos from the couple’s wedding day earlier this year. The final snap shows Little Swindell laughing after Swindell apparently told “one of my best dad jokes.” She responded in the comments, “Ok I love you so much it hurts 🥹🥹🥹 the last year was the best because I married YOU! 🥹🤍”

The Swindells married in June in an intimate ceremony in Sonoma County, California, followed by a honeymoon in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Shortly after, the newlyweds hosted a surprise reception for about 250 guests outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Swindell’s romantic song “Forever To Me” served as his wedding song, he confirmed to iHeartCountry before the big day. He said on The Bobby Bones Show in 2021 that filming his music video “Some Habits” was his first official date with Little Swindell. The couple confirmed their engagement last year.
