The view returns with season 28 and ABC has set the premiere date for Tuesday, September 3rd at 11am. ET / 10 a.m. PT/CT.
Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Ana Navarro, Sara Haines and Alyssa Farah Griffin will all return to discuss the “hot topics” of the day.
The network released a preview of the new season and gave a taste of the “big step” it announced earlier this month: The show will now have a studio in downtown Manhattan.
“The view heading into a big new season on ABC,” says a commercial for the new season of the show. “And here’s the best part: We’re also moving into a fabulous new home and studio.”
Goldberg appears and says, “You all know we’re moving, right?”
The co-hosts show up with moving boxes and Hostin says: “We are moving downtown, to the hottest new studio, matching our hot topics.”
Navarro is seen in the preview carrying a crate with her dog Cha-cha inside.
In true Behar mode, the longtime co-host says in the teaser that she won’t be carrying the boxes, adding, “Let Alyssa do that.”
Griffin shows up with two stacked boxes and says: “Sure! I’m used to lifting heavy loads. I’m a Republican on The view.”

During the season 27 finale earlier this month The view announced the move to a new studio in the fall.
“Get ready for a new ‘view’ as we close this chapter after 10 years in our studio on New York’s Upper West Side!” the Instagram post reads. “See you in September in our new, state-of-the-art studio in Downtown Manhattan when we launch Season 28!”
