Aiselyn Anaya-Hall and Emmeline Wuest captured the whole thing on camera.
The women said they were driving near Arizona State University when a Waymo vehicle entered their lane after turning.

Both said they feared a head-on collision and swerved.
However, they say the self-driving car simply continued driving into oncoming traffic.
“If someone made that mistake … I don’t think they should have their license,” Wuest said. “If you stop the Waymo, chances are there’s no driver in it. Who’s going to be held accountable for those individual mistakes?”
A Waymo spokesperson issued the following statement:
“Public trust and safety are our top priority. The Waymo driver was driving through an intersection when the light changed, and the vehicle changed its route by turning right and safely passing through the intersection within a minute. We are continuously improving the performance of our system to handle complex scenarios while ensuring public safety.”
