Spirit Airlines enhances customer experience with priority check-in at Charlotte Douglas

DANIA BEACH, Fla. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – Spirit Airlines is launching its new-style customer experience Tuesday.

Charlotte Douglas International is one of more than 20 airports that will offer priority check-in as part of the low-cost airline’s new Go Big and Go Comfy services, which Spirit touts as improving convenience, flexibility and value for its customers.

In addition, Spirit invites travelers to participate in its new “More Fly Fly-Away” contest and enter the prize draw.

“Transforming the guest experience at Spirit is a significant milestone for us that delivers exceptional value to travelers, and we’re excited to include our guests in the celebration with this new flight gift,” said Rana Ghosh, senior vice president at Spirit Airlines. “Winners will have the chance to experience the benefits of our new premium offerings that offer more convenience and value than ever before.”

The winner of the main prize will receive two return flights and Go bigThis travel option includes:

  • A large front seat

  • One piece of checked baggage and one piece of hand baggage,

  • Priority check-in and boarding,

  • Snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and

  • Access to fast streaming WiFi.

The winner of the second prize will receive two return flights with Make yourself comfortablewhich includes:

  • Choosing an aisle or window seat with a guaranteed blocked middle seat,

  • One piece of checked baggage and one piece of hand baggage,

  • Priority boarding and

  • There is a snack and a non-alcoholic drink at each service.

In addition, Spirit introduced its new boarding procedure, which is divided into five groups and is designed to reduce boarding time. The free snacks and drinks included in the Go Big experience also launched on Tuesday.

Other airports offering the new services include Atlanta, Chicago O’Hare, New York LaGuardia, Houston Bush, Myrtle Beach and Orlando.
