Watch: Video shows travelers throwing computer monitors at airline employees
A video captures the moment a woman jumped over a check-in counter and threw a computer monitor at Frontier Airlines employees.
Frontier Airlines on Tuesday announced new nonstop service between Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) this fall.
Flights to Sarasota, Florida, will begin Saturday, October 12, and will be offered weekly, the low-cost airline said in a press release.
“Cincinnati has given us a sense of home as our community has grown, and we’re excited to offer affordable and convenient travel to sunny Sarasota just in time for the colder months,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of operations and network design for Frontier Airlines, in the press release.
Frontier is offering flights to Sarasota starting at $29 as an introductory price.
The fare is available for travel between October 12 and February 28.
The tariff is not offered for the following dates:
- 11-12 November.
- 26-27 November.
- November 30th.
- 1-2 December.
- 19-22 December.
- 26-29 December.
- 2nd to 5th January.
- 13-17 February.
To take advantage of the offer, travelers must purchase a ticket by 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, September 2.
With the addition of Sarasota, Frontier Airlines now offers 20 routes from CVG.
