The Big West and UC San Diego have announced their 2024–25 women’s basketball conference schedule, beginning December 5.
After UC San Diego completed its mandatory four-year reclassification period to Division I, all teams are now fully eligible for all Big West and NCAA postseason competitions.
The Tritons open conference play at home on Dec. 5 against UC Santa Barbara and close their home schedule with their senior celebration on March 8 against UC Davis. Other home games are Jan. 18 against UC Riverside and Feb. 20 against Cal Poly.
UC San Diego’s first road game is at Cal State Bakersfield on Dec. 7, and the Tritons’ road schedule ends with a game against Long Beach State on March 6. The Tritons will also travel to Hawaii on Jan. 30 and visit UC Irvine in additional road games on Feb. 8.
The top eight teams in the conference will compete for the Big West Championship at the end of the regular season March 12-15 at Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson, Nevada. The UC San Diego women’s basketball team’s 2024-25 nonconference schedule will be announced soon.
