We almost always have Perdue brand chicken in our fridge. Their products are always clearly labeled if they are gluten-free. Perdue even has gluten-free chicken nuggets. But before you put them in the air fryer, you need to make sure they are not on this new recall list.
Perdue voluntary recall
Perdue Foods has launched a major chicken recall affecting several frozen breaded chicken products. The recall was initiated after a foreign material, specifically a thin metal wire, was discovered in a limited number of packages.
