The incident occurred on Thursday evening after an intruder entered her room.

The accused is said to be a Nigerian citizen and, according to some reports, he has already been arrested.

According to sources, the incident occurred at a hotel in London’s Heathrow Airport, and the flight crew had repeatedly raised the issue of the lack of security at the hotel where they were followed.

According to media reports, the crew member was sleeping when the intruder attacked her in her room. She woke up in shock and screamed for help. The attacker was caught and handed over to the authorities.

The victim suffered bruises as he tried to escape the intruder’s grip, reports said.

Air India requested that the privacy of the crew member concerned be respected as the case is currently being investigated by the London police.

The airline also confirmed that it is working with local authorities to ensure that the incident is thoroughly investigated.
