Bowie icon Jean Angove celebrates her 103rd birthday with a party – Bowie News

The filing deadline for the November 5 city and school elections is less than a week away, but there are still candidates waiting for many elections.
Filing began on July 22 and will continue through August 19. Elections are being held in all three incorporated cities in the county, as well as in all school districts.
