Two students from Green Hill School, who already face multiple charges for possession of narcotics in a correctional facility and prison riots following altercations with other students from Green Hill School, are now each facing additional charges.

Both Joseph Allen Odden and Emiliano Charre-Nunez attended preliminary hearings on the new charges in Lewis County Superior Court on Wednesday, August 14.

Odden is also charged with possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility for marijuana, a Class C felony punishable by up to five years in prison or a fine of up to $10,000. He is scheduled to be released from Green Hill in 2029.

His attorney advised him to plead not guilty to the new charge. Lewis County Superior Court Judge Joely Yeager scheduled his arraignment for Thursday, August 15.

Charre-Nunez is also charged with knowingly possessing a cell phone or other telecommunications device in a state correctional facility. His expected release date from Green Hill is 2035.

Yeager has scheduled his arraignment for Thursday, August 22, the same day Charre-Nunez is scheduled to go to trial on other charges against him.
