Tarek El Moussa praises Botox on his 43rd birthday – Hollywood Life

Tarek El Moussa is to stay honest when it comes to aging and cosmetic work.

As he thinks about his 43rd birthday, which is on August 21, Turning El Moussas around In an Instagram post on Tuesday, August 28, the star talked about getting a little help to maintain a more youthful appearance.

“OMG I still can’t believe I’m 43!!! Huge thanks to whoever invented Botox! 🤣🤣🤣,” he began in the caption before recounting his celebratory birthday weekend in Tampa, FL, which he spent with his wife, Heather El Moussa“The trip was the perfect mix of business and pleasure – just what we needed! From sunny adventures to unforgettable moments, it was a birthday to remember.”

At the end of his post, he thanked his followers for “all the great birthday wishes” and added: “I am grateful to all of you ❤️”

In February 2024, Tarek, who has children, Taylor13, and Brayden9, with Ex Christina Halland the 18-month-old son Tristan with Heather – dove deep into his past challenges, including steroid addiction, in his memoir. Turn your life around.

In the book, he speaks openly about his experiences through a series of painful episodes, including a diagnosis of thyroid cancer in 2013 and testicular cancer shortly thereafter.

“I had back surgery and went from 230 pounds to 168 pounds. So I had the cancer and then the second cancer. And then four months after I got over the second cancer, I hurt my back. I lost 60 pounds. I’m taking Vicodin every day, my hormones are messed up, I’m taking painkillers and narcotics and I’m filming and working. It’s wild. It’s been a horrific experience,” he shared. Thanks to multiple surgeries and radioiodine therapy, the HGTV star was able to beat both cancers. Earlier this year, Tarek shared that he’s been going to the gym “almost every day” since starting his wellness journey.

“I was an overweight, chain-smoking alcoholic who was always stressed!” he recalled in an Instagram post in May. “It doesn’t matter how tired or worn out or drained you are. We can all feel like we’re in the best shape of our lives again!”
