This unique four-course menu, carefully prepared by Chef Preston Painepromises an evening of refined pleasure. Guests will be treated to a menu that not only complements but enhances the complex flavors of Hundred Acre’s limited and exclusive wines. This offers a rare opportunity to experience the marriage of fine cuisine and world-class wine in an atmosphere of unparalleled elegance in one of the world’s most opulent dining rooms – the Blue Room. Hundred Acres Sommelier Andrew Dunsky takes guests through a tasting journey of some of the world’s most sought-after wines, including the first single-vineyard fortified wine from the renowned Hundred Acre Kayli Morgan Vineyard. A rare treasure in the world of winemaking, this exceptional 2008 Port embodies the pinnacle of the art of winemaking.
