El Paso police ask for help identifying man who filmed minors in locker room

In this Crime of the Week, El Paso Police and Crime Stoppers of El Paso are asking the public for help in identifying a man who filmed a minor in an east El Paso dressing room.

On Thursday around 6 p.m., a man was observed entering a Target store at 1901 George Dieter.

According to Crime Stoppers, the man went into the locker room area and began filming a teenager who was in one of the locker rooms.

The victim noticed the man and immediately covered him.

According to eyewitnesses, the suspect fled the scene in a white SUV with two sunroofs.

The suspect was wearing a blue T-shirt with a logo on the left chest, grey or blue shorts, dark socks and light crocodile-style shoes.

According to Crime Stoppers, the suspect is a 5’10” Hispanic man of medium build, with light skin, short black hair, a mustache, a tattoo on his right arm, and possibly a goatee.
