EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — In this Crime of the Week, El Paso Police and Crime Stoppers of El Paso are asking the public for help in identifying a man who filmed a minor in an east El Paso dressing room.
On Thursday around 6 p.m., a man was observed entering a Target store at 1901 George Dieter.
According to Crime Stoppers, the man went into the locker room area and began filming a teenager who was in one of the locker rooms.
The victim noticed the man and immediately covered him.
According to eyewitnesses, the suspect fled the scene in a white SUV with two sunroofs.
The suspect was wearing a blue T-shirt with a logo on the left chest, grey or blue shorts, dark socks and light crocodile-style shoes.
According to Crime Stoppers, the suspect is a 5’10” Hispanic man of medium build, with light skin, short black hair, a mustache, a tattoo on his right arm, and possibly a goatee.
