YOU HAVE PROBLEMS: Some of New York’s embattled Democrats are having trouble communicating their concerns to voters on their campaign websites.

And Republicans are quick to speculate about the reasons for this.

In three of the most competitive races for New York State’s House of Representatives seats, the Democratic candidates’ websites were conspicuously absent from any “issues” or policy pages, while virtually all Republicans running in a competitive district in the state have such a page.

In New York’s competitive districts, Democratic candidates like Laura Gillen of Long Island don’t have political pages on their campaign websites. Nor does Syracuse candidate John Mannion. The same goes for Mondaire Jones, the Working Families Party opponent who is hoping to win in Westchester and Rockland counties.

Her incumbent Republican opponents Anthony D’Esposito, Brandon Williams and Mike Lawler have all set up sections on their websites to discuss political views or positions.
