Netflix has set Thursday, October 17, for the premiere of the third season of The Lincoln lobbyist. The streamer also released a ton of new photos for the upcoming season today. See above and below.

In the new season, series stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampson and Yaya DaCosta all return to reprise their roles. Recurring/guest stars in season 3 include Neve Campbell, Merrin Dungey, Elliott Gould, Devon Graye, Michael Irby, Maisie Klompus, Allyn Moriyon, Wolé Parks, John Pirruccello, Fiona Rene, Philip Anthony-Rodriguez, Jon Tenney and Krista Warner.

The third season with 10 episodes is based on the fifth book by Michael Connelly The client Series, The Gods of Guilt.

“During Season 3 of The client based on Michael Connelly’s novel The Gods of Guiltwe decided that a fun (and poignant) way to start the season would be with a flashback that gives us a glimpse into how Mickey Haller became Mickey Haller – not only the brilliant criminal defense attorney, but also the husband, father and man he was destined to become,” co-showrunners and executive producers Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez said in a statement to Deadline earlier this year.

“There’s no flashback like this in the book, so we came up with something that would serve as a fitting introduction to the season’s story, both plot-wise and emotionally. These images, of young Mickey finishing surfing before a life-changing day at work, and of him snuggling with his wife Maggie on the couch after putting their young daughter Hayley to bed, come from one of those flashbacks that frame the first episode and lead us into the rest of season three,” they added.

The client revolves around Mickey Haller (Garcia-Rulfo), an iconoclastic idealist who runs his law firm from the back seat of his Lincoln and takes on cases big and small in the sprawling city of Los Angeles.

The series was created for television by David E. Kelley and developed for television by Humphrey. Connelly is an executive producer and writer on the series. Ross Fineman and Kelley are also executive producers. The series is produced by A+E Studios, and Barry Jossen and Tana Jamieson serve as executive producers.
