Celebrate with your pup this weekend in Nampa!

The bond between humans and dogs is truly unlike anything else. Of course, being a parent to real people is fulfilling, but being a parent to a dog is something completely different.

Make time for your puppy this weekend!

It’s important to build as close a bond as possible with your dog(s), and this weekend is the perfect opportunity to do so: the 16th Annual Pooch Party 2024.

The event will be held at Lakeview Park near the swimming pool and will feature plenty of activities for you and your pup to participate in. According to a press release:

You and your dog can enjoy a one-mile stroll through the park, followed by a dog swim at Lakeview Water Park, a foam party, pet-friendly booths, and a raffle with great prizes. Plus, your dog can be part of the entertainment! Let your dog shine at the costume contest, lookalike contest, super dog tricks, or dog cake walks.

Today (8/20) is the last day to purchase $25 tickets on their website here; after that they go up to $30. The event starts at 8:30am with check-in, followed by the mile run at 9:30am.

For a small additional charge, you will have access to VIP swimming for your dog(s) at 10:00am. The Canine Cake Walks & Contests start at 10:45am.
