In an article in GQ, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice star Michael Keaton had a pretty blunt response to Warner Bros. infamously Batgirla film in which he would have appeared as Batman again.

“Big, funny, beautiful check,” he said when asked what he thought about the setting of the film, which also featured Brendan Fraser.

Keaton’s return to the rubber suit was instead a box office disappointment The Flash.

Regarding the studio’s cancellation of the earlier film, he says: “No, I didn’t care. Big, nice, beautiful check,” the actor said while reportedly rubbing his fingers together.

However, he had a feeling for the directors Adil El Arbi And Bilal Fallah: “I like these guys. They’re nice guys. I’m rooting for them. I want them to succeed. And I think they were in a really bad situation and that made me feel bad.”

Keating added with a shrug, “I’m fine.”

On the topic of superheroes, Keaton gave his friend flowers and Beetlejuice Franchise Director Tim Burtonwho took the risk and cast Keaton as the Dark Knight in 1989 Batman.

“Tim deserves enormous recognition. He changed everything.” Spider-Man: Homecoming Star continued, “I can’t say for sure, but it’s quite possible that without Tim Burton there would be no Marvel universe, no DC universe. He’s been doubted and questioned.”
