Jaylen Brown shared cool photos from his intense underwater training during the NBA offseason

Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown recently released photos of his offseason training routine and they are more unique than you might think.

Brown just won his first NBA championship and was voted MVP of the Finals, ahead of teammate Jayson Tatum. While Tatum mercilessly mocked Although Brown was criticized on social media for copying the antics of other NBA stars after Boston’s title win, he could arguably be considered more creative than his partner in crime given his recent unconventional workout this summer.

The three-time All-Star posted a series of cool photos on his social media over the weekend, showing him training with a basketball and dumbbells Underwater.

Brown wrote in the caption: “Take this photo before I drown.”

Celtics legend Kevin Garnett was impressed by Brown’s unorthodox training methods.

Garnett wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter): “Jesus Christ… @FCHWPO is underwater with a dumbbell in one hand and a basketball in the other… This sh*t might be over for everyone.”

Brown averaged 20.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game and was named the Finals Most Valuable Player in the Celtics’ 4-1 series win over the Dallas Mavericks. He was also named the Eastern Conference Most Valuable Player after Boston swept the Indiana Pacers.

Although the 27-year-old was not named to the U.S. Olympic basketball team for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, he remains an important part of the strong Celtics team that is aiming to repeat that success next season.

After photos of his underwater training were released this summer, fans probably agreed that Brown has at least one thing: aura.
