Kakao Games Europe has signed an agreement with Ocean Drive Studio to publish their upcoming games Lost Eidolons: Witch’s Veil And Section 13, worldwide.
While Lost Eidolons: Witch’s Veil is a spinoff/sequel film of Lost Eidolonsthe second game Section 13 is a “reinterpretation” of Blackout Protocoltheir tactical co-op shooter, which they are revamping with a new title with better story, gameplay, and more.
Here is a short description of both games:
- Lost Eidolons: Witch’s Veil builds on the highly acclaimed combat system of its predecessor, Lost Eidolonswhile introducing a more immersive and rich storyline. Unlike the original, this new title is developed as a turn-based RPG with roguelite elements, offering a fresh and dynamic gaming experience.
- On the other hand, Section 13 is a reinterpretation of the tactical co-op shooter Blackout Protocol as an action-packed roguelite shooter. Ocean Drive Studio has invested heavily in improving the story and gameplay and has allocated significant resources to developing this game under the new title.
It is worth noting that both of Ocean Drive Studio’s games will be playable at Gamescom 2024, which will take place from August 21 to 25.
