Real leaders don’t eat Doritos

Real leaders don’t eat Doritos

Former The view Host Elisabeth Hasselbeck attacked Kamala Harris during an appearance on Sean Hannity’s Fox News program Friday night. Hannityafter Harris admitted in a fundraising email that she ate an entire bag of Doritos the night former President Donald Trump was elected.

“They want to convince American voters that identifiability is the equivalent of ability,” Hasselbeck said of “the media’s latest tactic.” “But that’s not the case.”

“You just talked about Kamala Harris allegedly eating a bag of Doritos and you were so emotionally charged after hearing that,” Hasselbeck said of Harris’ story. “That’s possibly the emotional reaction of the commander in chief, that’s the emotional reaction of the leader of the free world to gobble down a bag of Doritos? Are you kidding me?”

“Can you imagine how Putin handles things,” Hasselbeck continued. “He drinks a bag of Sour Patch Kids because he’s depressed because something isn’t going the way he wants it to? Or like back then, (Qasem) Soleimani, what kind of funyuns does he have in him?”

“I doubt that’s the actual reaction of an elite leader,” Hasselbeck added. “Whether you agree with what they’re saying or not.”

Hasselbeck’s comments come after the former president spotted a box of Cheerios during a press conference Thursday afternoon at his golf resort in Bedminster.

Doritos are also reportedly a fan favorite of Trump and are on the White House shopping list, according to a 2017 report the guardian.

At X, commentators trolled Hasselbeck.

Others pointed to former presidents’ favorite snacks, like Ronald Reagan’s Jelly Bellies or Richard Nixon’s whiskey.
