NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) – Leading independent publisher Prescription Songs has announced the recent signing of the contract with artist-songwriter-singer Sarah. Added to the company’s roster by Prescription Songs A&R Cameron KooklanfarMay’s soulful vocals and rich tone, coupled with her skillful songwriting, have earned her collaborations with several top-class dance music artists and producers, including Tiesto, John Summit, And Dillon Francisamong other things.

May hails from Yorkshire and now lives in London. She entered the music business in 2019 after giving up her full-time job to pursue her dream. May’s love and passion for music shines through her writing and distinctive voice, giving her performance a soulful and rich texture that is so well received. Her influences range from Motown, soul and R&B, with Prince, Lauryn Hill And Al Green as some of her biggest influences. Her love for the genre has inspired her sound and she has been able to bring it into the dance world. With over 200 million streams on Spotify alone, May’s voice is definitely being heard far and wide.

May’s first big break came after singing with Joel Corrys Double platinum single Excuse me, which reached number 6 in the UK singles chart. Since then, she has been involved in a number of well-selling records, including “Never Let Me Down”, the lead track for Gorgon City album OlympicsOther collaborations presented are Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Sonny Fodera, John Summit, cheat codes And Dillon Francisto name just a few. May has recently written and delivered for some world-renowned artists such as Lost Frequencies, David Guetta And Tiesto and with the release of her second solo single “Want U,” which has reached nearly 10 million streams, there’s a lot more to come in May.
