The Bookseller – Rights – Magic Cat publishes Jonathan Drori’s first children’s book

Magic Cat will publish Jonathan Drori’s first children’s book. The independent publisher of the year will be The material from which the material is made: Plantfrom the award-winning author, educator and science communicator.

Magic Cat co-founder and editor Rachel Williams acquired the World rights to the book by Ciara Finan at Curtis Brown.

The book is written for readers aged 8 and over and contains 30 dibiddernt plants and is illustrated by Filipino artist Raxenne Maniquiz. The release is planned for fall 2025.
