Why the cover of Luke Bryan’s “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” is a tribute to the Astrodome

There is more than meets the eye Lukas Brünnseemingly straightforward “I love you, miss you, mean it” Cover art.

Unlike a typical photoshoot, this one lasted only five minutes and shows Luke sitting on a seat in a now-closed historic venue.

“The funny thing about this photo is I was at the Houston Rodeo. I didn’t have a cover that I liked. My husband, who does all my social media stuff and videos, all my concerts, was at the Houston Rodeo and had a great camera with him and we were backstage,” Luke recalled to the press. “The original Astrodome seats were there in the hallway, so I just sat in one of the Astrodome seats.”

“We did a five-minute (photo shoot) and I did my own makeup,” he says.

The quick photo shoot has now laid the foundation for the singer of “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day”.

“I’m so busy out there that we get behind on photo shoots because there’s nothing more frustrating than being in a photo shoot on a good fishing day,” Luke says. “So I said, ‘This is going to be the new template for photo shoots from now on. We can do a photo shoot every day. I’ll do them every day as long as they’re ten minutes long.'”

“Love You, Miss You, Mean It” is in the top 10 and rising up the country charts. His new album, Thoughts of a country boyis scheduled to arrive on September 27th.
