There’s a new twist on Big Brother 26: AINSLEY once again presents us with the AI instigator and her mischievous ways! But this week, AINSLEY won’t be the only one causing trouble, because on America’s Vote, viewers will have the opportunity to choose a houseguest to receive this special “power.”
Voting is now open on the official CBS site and we’ll be running our own poll here on the site as well (see below). You can vote up to 10 times per day until voting closes at 9:00 a.m. PT on August 22nd, so it looks like that power isn’t arriving anytime soon.
Once the votes are counted, Big Brother will give one of the HGs the opportunity to spread misinformation in the game using the deepfake hologram again like Quinn did. My hope here is that the holder of power will keep his mouth shut and keep it a secret instead of shouting the news to everyone like Quinn did.
Besides the power, at the end the viewers will vote on how well the HG handled the power and how much money he should get for it. Oh, okay, hmm. There’s no word from CBS on how much money will be given out for this, and that’s kind of weird. Usually with these “America’s Player” things they just get a bonus for each task completed, so this is a little different.
Twelve options remain and you have ten votes a day to make them happen. First, let’s hear who you think should get this ability, and then share some ideas about what secrets you’d like to see spread in the game. Considering the big shake-up we just saw on the last eviction show, this might be a good time to shake up a few more people.
