The rise and fall of Aaron Hernandez is shown in the trailer for American sports history.
The 10-episode limited series explores how Hernandez (Josh Andrés Rivera) became a star tight end at the University of Florida before joining the NFL’s New England Patriots. While his play on the field shone, Hernandez’s life off the field spiraled out of control. Hernandez eventually succumbed to his demons, murdered Odin Lloyd, and committed suicide in prison.
“You don’t know what’s on my mind,” Hernandez says eerily in the trailer.
