AEW star Lance Archer has called former WWE Champion Big E a “miracle of nature” and one of the most powerful people in the business.
Although he has been out of action since March 2022 due to a serious neck injury, former WWE Champion Big E is one of the most popular and acclaimed stars in the wrestling industry. Before joining WWE, the New Day member played football and later pursued a career in powerlifting.
E’s great charisma and strength were often admired by many of his peers in the industry, including current AEW talent.
During his Murderhawk Mailbag LIVE, AEW star Lance Archer recalled witnessing Big E’s strength first hand. He said:
“When Big E… I watched Big E in his first training session and stuff like that. He was just an insane natural when it came to… He was probably easily 29 inches tall, 35 inches thick from back to chest. He’s just so thick, dense and massive, he was… just world-class lifts, just astronomical lifts,”
“I watched him lift weights. I don’t remember what weight it was. I’m pretty sure he lifted 400 or 500 pounds and repeated it as a warm-up. That’s the incredible strength he had. He was just on another level.”
Archer also added that Big E is a wonderful person and it has been fun to watch his development from the beginning of his career to today.
