Jean Louis “John” Rodrigue | News, Sports, Jobs



Jean-Louis “John” Rodrigue lost the battle for his health and began his new life on August 10, 2024.

His life began on June 22, 1949. His parents Rosaire Rodrigue and Roland (Poulin) Rodrigue of Beauceville, Quebec, Canada, are deceased. His daughter Kristie Marie Rodrigue, his grandson Tanner Jean Hoag, his brother Yvon Rodrigue and his sister Monique Rodrigue are deceased.

He attended schools in Beauceville, Quebec. He worked as a foreman for Freudenburg Nonwoven, LLC for 45 years.

He enjoyed working outdoors, chopping wood, driving tractors, traveling with his wife, spending time with his family, and watching General Hospital and The Price is Right.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Helen Marie Rodrigue, and his daughters, Angela Gail Rodrigue, her partner, Daryl Faucette, and Jennifer Rodrigue and her husband, Benjamin Hyman. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Dana Rodrigue, Sidney Rodrigue, Riley Rodrigue, Gavin Rodrigue, Jayveon Capel, and Brittany Hoag. He is survived by his siblings, Lina and her husband, Marc Mercier, Suzanne and her husband, Champlain Faucher, Louisette Faucher, Rose and her husband, Bruno Boulet, Yvette Rodrigue, Roger Rodrigue, Mario Rodrigue, and Jeanine Quirion. He is also survived by several cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

We will carry him in our hearts until we are together again. We say goodbye to him with much love and peace.

SERVICES: A wake will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH. A funeral mass will be held the following morning, Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 29 Spring St., Nashua, NH 03060. A eulogy will precede the funeral mass at 9:15 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend and meet directly at the church. Burial and interment prayer will immediately follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Derry Rd., Hudson, NH. DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua, has been entrusted with arrangements.
