NEW YORK, NY, Aug. 13, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Palmetto Publishing Ranked 2755 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list

With a sales growth of 184 percent in three years Palmetto Publishing Ranked 2755th among America’s fastest-growing private companies

Incl. today announced that Palmetto Publishing is ranked No. 2,755 on the 2024 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The prestigious ranking offers a data-driven look at the most successful companies in the most dynamic segment of the economy – independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, Patagonia and many other well-known brands gained their first national exposure as Inc. 5000 honorees.

“Being named to the Inc. 5000 list is a significant accomplishment that underscores the growth and success of Palmetto Publishing. What began as a small two-person business between my father, Richard Joseph, and me has grown into a dynamic team working with approximately 3,000 authors annually,” said Jack Joseph, co-owner of Palmetto Publishing with his father, Richard. “This recognition reflects our team’s collective efforts and tireless commitment to providing the best publishing experience possible. Most importantly, this would not have been possible without the creativity, trust and collaboration of our authors. We look forward to continuing our journey and expanding our reach and influence in the publishing industry.” Jack Joseph, CEO

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have achieved rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressures, rising capital costs and seemingly insurmountable hiring challenges. Among this year’s top 500 companies, the average three-year median revenue growth rate is 1,637 percent. In total, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies added 874,458 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, location and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000. All 5000 companies will be featured on Inc.com beginning Tuesday, August 13, and the top 500 will appear in the new edition of Incl. Magazine available at kiosks from Tuesday, August 20th.

“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” says Mike Hofman, who recently joined Incl. as Editor-in-Chief. “As a journalist and storyteller, it’s fascinating to me to see companies transform entire industries in fascinating and surprising ways, from healthcare and AI to apparel and pet food. Congratulations also to this year’s honorees, who grew their companies rapidly despite the economic upheavals we’ve all faced over the past three years, from supply chain issues to inflation to changes in the labor market.”

For Richard and Jack Joseph, owners of Palmetto Publishing, publishing books is a family tradition. With over three generations of combined experience in their family, you could say that a passion for books runs in their blood. After generations in the book trade and traditional publishing industry, they saw the exciting opportunity of self-publishing – a movement that empowers authors by shifting control from the publisher to the authors themselves, ensuring that every author, organization or artist has the opportunity to bring their work to life.

Since its founding in 2017, Palmetto Publishing has supported over 6,000 independent authors by staying true to its six core values. Palmetto Publishing is committed to being author-centric, putting the needs and satisfaction of its authors first in every decision it makes. Transparency, honesty, and accountability form the foundation of its work, with the company always upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering a culture of open communication. The company views challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement and cultivates a learning environment where innovation thrives. By valuing each individual and treating them with respect, Palmetto Publishing fosters an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere. Their relentless pursuit of quality drives them to reject mediocrity and celebrate excellence in everything they do.

Despite its rapid growth, Palmetto Publishing owes its success to the authors who have made these achievements possible. Each book reflects the love, dedication and meticulous attention to detail the team puts into each project. Key to their expansion has been an unwavering commitment to the author experience and delivering exceptional value. As they reflect on and celebrate all that is yet to come, Palmetto Publishing remains committed to empowering authors and organizations to tell their stories, their way.
