Hoda Kotb celebrated her 60th birthday on Friday, August 9th and parade made sure she got something sweet.

And so, in just 24 hours, Abbey, a local New York City baker best known online as Angelbaked, created a beautiful box of cookies that was a near replica of the many photoshoots she had posed for with the brand.
When parade As Kotb handed the birthday girl the treats during her big birthday party on the plaza down by NBC studios on Monday, she could barely contain her excitement. After a quick look at the box of candy, Kotb said in amazement, “Oh my God.”
“I can’t believe you guys did that,” she added. “That’s amazing. I can’t believe she did that.”
Kotb admired the cookies and said she knew her girls would “love” them, but still joked, “We can’t eat these. We have to keep them forever.”
We are not the only ones celebrating the all-star media personality with surprise gifts, because her Today The show’s colleagues kept all the details of their on-air birthday party secret until the big day.
During the morning special, Kotb had an emotional reunion with some of the people whose lives had most inspired and influenced her – a gift from the producers that she tearfully described as “too much.”
Her Today Co-Star Jenna Bush Hager also surprised her with a gift that left her almost speechless: a custom-made painting by her father, the former George W. Bushinspired by Kotb’s favorite photo of her two daughters.
