Maybe the reason you don’t like breakfast is because you don’t like typical breakfast foods. The smell of eggs makes you sick. Sweet cereal upsets your stomach. Porridge reminds you of your grandparents. Fine. Don’t eat “breakfast” for breakfast.

Best Breakfast Foods That Aren’t Breakfast

The point of breakfast is to break your fast, boost your metabolism so you burn more calories and have energy for the day. But…
You are not hungry when you wake up?
Do you feel sick first thing in the morning after eating?
Do you still have enough energy to last until lunch?

That’s because you’ve conditioned your body to not think it needs food. Now it’s time to retrain yourself. You’ll soon find that not only will you wake up hungry, but you’ll have more energy and even lose weight. Studies show that eating a doughnut for breakfast is better than eating nothing at all. That’s because not eating slows down your metabolism. I’m not saying you should eat a doughnut. I’m giving you the OK to eat whatever you want, as long as it’s breakfast time (and it’s reasonably healthy).

So what does the ideal breakfast look like? A balanced ratio of proteins and carbohydrates.
Here are some great breakfast options that don’t include breakfast:

-Cold pizza
-Sushi
-Chicken Quesadilla
-Frozen Burrito
-Oat flakes and egg
– Dim Sum
-Leftover Chinese Broccoli Chicken

-Veggie corn dogs
