New Delhi: Sukesh Chandrashekhar, an alleged conman who is in a Delhi jail for extorting Rs 200 crore, has gifted actress Jacqueline Fernandez a yacht for her birthday. The yacht has been named ‘Lady Jacqueline’ and is apparently the same boat that Jacqueline picked out in 2021, according to Sukesh. The alleged conman wrote a letter to several media houses from jail, mentioning the yacht and other gifts for Fernandez’s birthday.

Sukesh also wrote that the yacht was completely legal and all fees and taxes had been paid for it. Since Jacqueline is also involved in animal welfare, Sukesh also shared that a veterinary hospital he gifted to the actress in Bengaluru was almost completed.
Sukesh further added that he has pledged a donation of Rs 15 crore for the “welfare of Wayanad landslide victims” in Kerala and that he will also build 300 houses for the victims of the Wayanad landslide tragedy.
Chandrashekhar further added that he has sent a complete team to work with the Kerala government and implement his promised proposal.
Sukesh also kept his promise and announced 100 iPhone 15 Pri for making the song ‘Yimmy Yimmy’ a superhit. He thanked fans and people who did the same. He gave away 100 iPhone 15 Pro to around 100 lucky winners randomly selected by his team on YouTube.
Sukesh Chandrashekar was arrested on May 29, 2015 under Sections 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and some sections of the Prohibition of Prize Chips and Money Circulation Schemes Act and the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Institutions) Act.
He was released on bail by the Bombay High Court last month but remains in jail pending several cases against him.
According to the ED chargesheet filed in 2022, Sukesh allegedly used illegal money to buy gifts for Jacqueline.
On the other hand, Nora Fatehi was also questioned in connection with the Rs. 200 crore money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
