Dairy Block now offers new food concepts, arcades and art

Denver Milk Marketlocated in the heart of LoDo in the Dairy Block microdistrict, unveils a major redesign, including the creation of two new food concepts, the opening of a game room, a large mural by a local artist, and more.

Jim Pittenger of Denver’s iconic Biker Jim Hot Dogs opens the new Biker & Baker Pop-up at Denver Milk Market. Bikers & Bakers now offers a variety of hot dogs, including elk jalapeno cheddar sausage, wild boar sausage and a bacon cheddar bratwurst, with toppings ranging from classics to cream cheese and caramelized onions. Saturday mornings feature lemon ricotta pancakes, sour cream waffles and more. Serving out of Lou’s Hot & Naked, Bikers & Bakers is open every Thursday through Friday from 5 p.m. to close and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Denver Milk Market.

Bos Butcher & Deli at Denver Milk Market now offers a wide variety of butcher favorites, including the Cowboy Burger with double beef patties, American cheese, onion rings, pickled jalapeños, bacon and BBQ sauce or the BBLT with applewood smoked bacon, burrata, lettuce, tomato and mayo on toasted rye bread. Lighter fare includes the Mediterranean Burger with hummus, harissa, cucumber slices, feta, tomatoes, arugula, red onion and red wine vinaigrette on a LoDough sandwich.

Fuso serves classic Italian hand-formed pizza and homemade pasta dishes made with fresh ingredients. Pizzas include traditional pepperoni and margherita pizzas, as well as a new wild mushroom pizza with mushrooms, white sauce, ricotta and truffle oil and an artichoke pizza with spinach, garlic, cream sauce, red onion, Calabrian chili and mozzarella. House-made pasta dishes include pappardelle with Bolognese veal, beef and pork, San Marzano tomato sauce and cream and the shrimp pesto bucatini with arugula pesto, shrimp, garlic and white wine.

The Denver Milk Market has also undergone major upgrades, including new tables and chairs, lighting and paint. Let your inner child run wild in the Denver Milk Market’s new game room, which now features Skee-Ball, a shuffleboard table, PAC-MAN and more. All games are FREE and pair best with a refreshing cocktail from the Moo Bar.

Between Fuso and Albina by the Sea, Denver Milk Market commissioned a new mural titled “Highest Stakes” by Colorado-based artist Graham Carraway.

The Denver Milk Market is led by general manager and head chef Jamie Rutherford, who trained in Michelin-starred restaurants and is committed to serving seasonal menus with fresh ingredients.

Earlier this summer, Cornicello began purchasing Little Man Ice Cream Co. in the Cornicello location. Denver Milk Market will continue its popular Drag Queen Bingo Brunch, held every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Denver Milk Market can be booked for private and semi-private events for groups of 24 to 450 guests. An ideal gathering place for everything from corporate events to milestone celebrations, the modern downtown food hall works with each client to create custom event menus prepared by dedicated staff.
