Heather also posted a glimpse of the start of Tarek’s birthday celebrations on her Instagram stories, including the silver balloons that read “Happy Birthday” that were set up at their home. The couple then boarded a Sprinter van that was adorned with more decorations.

The couple, who are currently filming the second season of their HGTV series The damned El Moussas — announced in May that they would team up with Hall for another project in the network, called The Flip Off.

The new series is scheduled to premiere in 2025 and will document Heather and Tarek as they face off against his ex in a house-selling showdown. The show was also set to star Christina’s estranged husband Josh Hall before he filed for divorce from the designer in July.

HGTV has yet to confirm how the show’s dynamic will change following the split.

The new series is a big deal for longtime fans of Christina and Tarek, as it is their first collaboration since Flip or flop ended in March 2022 after nine years.

Although the two didn’t always get along well after their split – especially after an infamous gun incident in 2016 that ended their marriage – they have since reconciled and are ready to work together again.
