Robert De Niro turned 81 on August 17th and is diving headfirst into it. Well, almost.
The eldest daughter of the legendary actor Drena posted a birthday message with a video of the Oscar winner jumping from a boat into the water. Although he jumped into the water head first, he didn’t quite make the landing and caused a huge impact.
“He’s so crazy!” she laughed and scolded him for the stunt from the deck above, adding, “Oh my God, are you okay?”
“I’m fine,” said the wading bull after he surfaced and began treading water.
“Happy 81st birthday my daddy and #1 move on or die… I love you with all my (heart),” she captioned the post, adding, “#BobbyD forever.”
“Happy birthday king of the jungle,” she wrote next to a photo of herself in a white dress in her father’s arms.
Another photo in Drena De Niro’s Instagram story shows her and her father arm in arm in evening wear. “Happy birthday my favorite buddy,” read the caption on the photo.
Other throwback photos showed Robert with Leandro De Niro RodriguezDrea’s 19-year-old son, who died of an accidental drug overdose in July 2023.
