In a conversation with the media portal, the Jawan actor revealed details about his unconventional daily routine. He told The Guardian, “I go to sleep at five in the morning. When Mark Wahlberg gets up, I go to sleep. And then I wake up around nine or ten if I am shooting. But then I come home at two in the morning, take a bath and work out before I go to sleep.”
Shah Rukh Khan makes sure he maintains his fitness routine by exercising for 30 minutes every night before going to bed.
His disciplined lifestyle goes beyond his workout regimen. He follows a strict diet and eats only one meal a day. His recent performances in Pathaan and Jawan showcased his dedication to his craft and impressed audiences with his ability to pull off complex action scenes.
“At 55, I took a kind of sabbatical. During the pandemic, I couldn’t do anything else and I told everyone: learn Italian cooking and train. I trained. I built a body. After four years, people started to miss me because before that I was getting on everyone’s nerves too much,” he added.
