August 16, 2024 // Franchising.com // Plainfield, IL – Spring Green recently held its National Advisory Council (NAC) meeting at the Spring Green Support Center in Plainfield, IL. The NAC, comprised of select franchisees nominated by their regional counterparts, serves as an important platform for franchisees to communicate directly with the franchisor, address key issues and discuss ways to strengthen the Spring Green brand. One of the strengths of franchising is the collective knowledge of the system.

The meeting was a forum for NAC members to review system updates, discuss potential new services, and share insights on operational and marketing strategies. Franchise owners were able to raise relevant issues on behalf of their regions, creating a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

“Our National Advisory Council meetings are critical to maintaining open channels of communication between the franchisor and our franchisees,” said Brad Johnson, Brand President at Spring Green. “These discussions help us develop strategies and initiatives that support the success of our franchise network and the growth of the Spring Green brand.”
