After Chelsea Meissner sold her renovated 1960s ranch house in 2020 (check out the property again in the video above), she moved into another ’50s ranch-style home and undertook a “MAJOR renovation” of the place. Since then, the Southern charm The graduate brightened her porch with beautiful plants and greenery, designed a moody, elegant living room, and upgraded her kitchen with a seafoam green tile backsplash, clean white cabinets with black hardware, and bohemian-chic details.

On August 13, Chelsea shared a behind-the-scenes look at her life today in her Instagram stories, giving further insight into this stunning kitchen.

While preparing a ready-made meal, Chelsea pointed out the beautiful details, including the shell-patterned tiles, the white countertops and window frames, and the plants scattered throughout.

We also discovered beautiful copper sconces hanging above the black-framed windows with beige blinds.

In April 2022, Chelsea celebrated her beautiful kitchen space with an Instagram post showing off the entire remodeled space. “It’s pretty obvious how happy this kitchen makes me,” she captioned the post, noting that her marble countertops were from Encore Stone Studio Charleston, her tile backsplash was from Clay Imports, lighting was from Lighting Connection, Portofino brown leather bar stools were via Houzz, and the matte black faucet was from Pfister Faucets.

Speaking of Pfister Faucets, in January 2023, Chelsea gave the company a complete tour of her beautiful home after working with the company to incorporate some of the elegant faucets into her home.

“This is actually my third house that I own, but only my second real renovation,” she said in the video tour. “This house, however, was my first renovation that was a full intestine. I never really thought about doing it for a living, but I knew I had the artistic talent and wanted to give it a try and see what would happen.”

Chelsea added of the space, “We tore the whole house down to the ground. I got all the windows and doors new. It was a major renovation.”

Chelsea Meissner’s bedroom “Transformation”

Chelsea also spruced up her bedroom area at Full Gut, sharing a glimpse of the space on her Instagram stories earlier this summer.

In a mirror selfie, Chelsea showed off the room’s southwestern-style orange and cream curtains, which adorned the black-framed windows with maroon bamboo blinds.

The room also featured a dark gray velvet bed frame, a light brown flatweave rug with a smaller black and white pattern on it, two white patterned chairs, and beautiful artwork and other decorative elements throughout the room.
