Today, August 11, veteran Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty turned a year older. While his fans and admirers flooded social media with congratulations on his big day, his family also showered him with birthday wishes.
Some time ago, the actor’s daughter Athiya Shetty posted an emotional picture from her Haldi ceremony on her Instagram stories. Although the monochrome picture left the father overwhelmed, the Hero actress also wrote a sweet message along with it. She wrote, “Happy birthday to my best friend, best father and best human (red heart emoji) I love you… I’m so lucky to learn from you every day.”
Athiya also posted a cute childhood photo with her dearest daddy. Suniel Shetty’s son-in-law, Indian cricketer KL Rahul also posted a heartfelt birthday post for him. Rahul wrote, “Happy birthday @suniel.shetty. May you continue to inspire us all,” he wrote, posting a photo of his wedding with Athiya, which features his brother-in-law Ahan Shetty.

His wife Mana Shetty also wrote for him, “Happy birthday Jaan. I love you more than I can ever say @suniel.shetty.” Ahan also wrote, “Happy birthday dad” on his Instagram stories, along with a picture of him with the actor.
Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar also wished his friend a happy birthday. The former cricket star wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “Happy birthday to my friend who is passionate about sports and stays incredibly fit, @SunielVShetty! May your year be filled with good health and joyful moments.”
A few hours ago, the actor, who is fondly called Anna by his fans, posted a family photo, presumably from his birthday celebrations. Anil Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Sooraj Pancholi, Daler Mehndi, Jackie Shroff, Riteish Deshmukh and Aayush Sharma were the many celebs who wished him on his birthday.
Meanwhile, the birthday boy is busy on the professional front with the shooting of his next film, Welcome To The Jungle, alongside Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani. He is also shooting for the biggest comedy in the country, Hera Pheri 3, which also stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
