A new rule changes the conditions for airline passengers regarding ticket refunds.

Airlines are now required to automatically refund money in the event of flight cancellations or significant delays.

The new requirement is part of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act, which President Joe Biden signed earlier this year.

If you’ve used Cash App in the past six years, you may be entitled to up to $2,500 in a class action lawsuit over security breaches at the mobile payment app.

In a class action lawsuit filed in February, Cash App users claim that Cash App Investing and its owner Block were negligent in their response to two data breaches. The app allows users to send and receive money, invest in stocks, buy bitcoin and make payments to certain vendors.

The lawsuit accuses Cash App of failing to implement adequate security controls and failing to respond to concerns about fraudulent transactions through the app.

Vicki Kirkwood: Indiana woman with dementia who went missing at Lake County Fair found dead

A Merrillville woman who went missing from the Lake County Fair on Tuesday has been found dead.

The Lake County Coroner’s Office confirmed that Vicki Kirkwood’s body was found Wednesday in a residential pond in the 900 block of Mary Ellen Drive in Crown Point.

Woman dies at O’Hare Airport after being trapped in a plane
