If there’s one meme that accurately captures how the world is feeling right now, it’s the one about the dog sitting in a burning house saying, “Everything is fine.” One household recreated this meme for their Halloween decorations this year, and it’s pretty iconic.

Twitter users @funangela shared photos of the house. “This house in my neighborhood is perfectly decorated for Halloween every year,” she wrote in the post’s caption. One photo shows what the place looks like during the day, with clearly cut-out drawings of flames in a window and a sign above it that reads, “This is OK.” A nighttime photo shows the full meme, with a cut-out drawing of the dog sitting on a chair in the window, surrounded by the flames. Even better, there are lights that illuminate the fire, making the dog more visible in the depiction.

The decor prompted other people on Twitter to respond with similar decorations they’d created or seen this year. One person shared that they made the outside of their own home look like the popular meme, and it’s been online since April. Others have turned the meme into a pumpkin or given it a different twist.

Halloween may be different this year, but clever decorations are still in. You can get moving with a giant inflatable spider, put Home Depot’s 12-foot skeleton in your yard, or go for a more ridiculous, realistic design.
