What comes after Tuttle Royale: Where to eat, shop and have fun at the CityPlace of the West

ROYAL PALM BEACH – The developer of Tuttle Royale envisions it as Palm Beach County’s first true live-work-play community.

To accomplish this, Brian Tuttle has made agreements to bring a variety of national restaurant and retail brands to his 200-acre site at State Road 7 and Southern Boulevard in Royal Palm Beach.

He also plans to bring a fitness center, movie theater and bowling alley to the community, all to be built near a park in downtown Tuttle Royal.

Here’s a list of the restaurants, shops and more that Tuttle says will be coming to the complex by the time the business district opens.

Restaurants planned for Tuttle Royale

  • Benihana: A national chain known for its Japanese tappanyaki cuisine, where chefs prepare dishes in front of diners on a hibachi grill.

  • Legal seafood: Founded in Massachusetts over 70 years ago, the restaurant serves a wide variety of fish and seafood dishes. The Tuttle Royale restaurant will be Legal Sea Foods’ only location in Florida after it closed locations in West Palm Beach and Sunrise.
