Simon & Schuster Australia (S&S) and Affirm Press announced on Monday, 26 August 2024 that they have signed an agreement for leading independent publisher Affirm Press to become part of Simon & Schuster.
The acquisition includes all of Affirm Press’s publishing activities in Australia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
