A pig known for bringing joy to the people of New England will be featured in the latest season of a popular Hulu series.
Sprinkle, known for hosting parties with her siblings Gilbert and Meadow, has joined the cast of Only Murders in the Building for season four.
“It was an honor and privilege to be part of such an amazing show with an amazing cast,” said an Instagram post from Gilbert The Party Pig’s account.
“The cast and crew couldn’t believe how well behaved Sprinkle was and were impressed with how cool a pig can be,” the post reads. “We would definitely jump at the opportunity again if another show wanted us or they wanted us back for season 5. If not, that’s fine too. It will be something I will look back on and be so proud of.”
Sprinkle often accompanies her siblings as the trio travels throughout New England to visit schools, senior living facilities and private homes, celebrate birthday parties, baby showers, weddings and more.
The pigs live with owner Michelle Burns in Glastonbury, Connecticut and travel the state for visits.
They also travel throughout most of Massachusetts and have visited Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
Sprinkle last met social media stars Charli and Dixie D’Amelio when they were in Connecticut last month.
Season 4 of “Only Murders in the Building” Premieres Tuesday, August 27. New episodes will be released every Tuesday on Hulu and Disney+.
