Some customers who frequently visit a Dollar Tree in Delaware, Ohio, about 30 miles north of Columbus, made the discovery last week.

“Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas today at Dollar Tree,” shopper John Faren wrote in a post on Facebook.

The post was accompanied by a snapshot John took of the store’s aisles, showing them lined with Christmas decorations.

Stockings, ornaments, bows, crafts, indoor and outdoor decorations and more were available for customers to purchase at a starting price of $1.25.

Some were excited about the arrival as it allowed them to snap up bargains well in advance for their holiday preparations.

“I’ve never seen it this good,” someone commented on the collection Faren showed in his post.

“Time to break out the glue gun!” shouted another.

“DT always puts up the Christmas crafts around this time,” wrote a third.

“Craftsmen need their materials now to make something before Christmas.”

PATIENCE, PLEASE

However, some others expressed frustration and criticized Dollar Tree for getting its Christmas decorations into stores so quickly.

Dollar Tree shoppers are clearing shelves of Halloween bathroom product for $1.25. ‘The scent is so good’ and it’s 75% cheaper than Target

“Way (too) early. It used to be fun when they waited until November to release stuff,” noted one shopper.

“Now everyone is burned out before November.”

“Honestly, it bothers me,” added another.

“This is ridiculous,” complained a third.

Scary savings

Despite the Christmas controversy, Dollar Tree’s Halloween decorations are already selling like hotcakes.

Replicas of several popular items are sold at much lower prices than their high-end competitors, attracting eager buyers.

Some recently flocked to their local Dollar Tree stores to snap up the “amazing” hanging decoration for $1.25, which is at least 91% cheaper than the competition.

A Halloween knockoff that’s 99% cheaper than Pottery Barn is also almost “sold out” at Dollar Tree.

Customers can also grab a viral $3 spooky season decoration at a price nearly 99% off Michaels before time runs out.

A “cute” Halloween decoration for $1.25 at Dollar Tree is about 14 times more expensive at Target.
