Local officials joined leaders from the Cappelli Organization, RXR and Korman Communities to celebrate the topping out of AVE Hamilton Green at 200 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains. Residential units at AVE Hamilton Green range from studios to penthouses, including fully furnished units with varying lease terms. Planned amenities include co-working areas, a fitness center, a spa and a golf simulator. There will also be a substantial commercial area that will house retail and hospitality space.

The first phase of AVE Hamilton Green is scheduled for completion in 2024, with pre-leasing already underway. The entire project will be completed by 2025 and is part of a wave of development led by the Cappelli Organization and RXR in the area. Other projects include The Mitchell and the upcoming redevelopment of the Galleria in White Plains.

“The Cappelli Organization is excited to join our development partners and our partners from the City of White Plains and Westchester County in celebrating the redevelopment of this important property in the heart of downtown,” said Louis R. Cappelli, President of the Cappelli Organization. “While the image of the former White Plains Mall is quickly fading, our entire team is very proud to build the new residential towers, bringing new opportunities and new vitality to downtown for hundreds of residents.”

The facility is located near the White Plains Metro-North station and the central business district.
