UNIQLO launches new PEACE FOR ALL x Magnum Photos collection – The new T-shirt collection, available from September 20, features portraits of humanitarian activities funded by PEACE FOR ALL

Global clothing retailer UNIQLO today announces the global release of a new collection for the PEACE FOR ALL T-shirt charity project. The collection includes three new designs created in collaboration with internationally renowned photography cooperative Magnum Photos. The new collection features striking, joyful photos of international humanitarian projects taken by Magnum photographers and funded by customer donations through PEACE FOR ALL. The collection will be available from Friday, September 20.

Launched in June 2022, the PEACE FOR ALL project features T-shirts with motifs expressing a desire for peace, voluntarily provided by employees who are closely associated with UNIQLO and share the goal of “taking action with a desire for world peace.” All proceeds from the sale of the PEACE FOR ALL T-shirts will be donated to three international humanitarian organizations (UNHCR, UN Refugee Agency, Save the Children and Plan International). To date, a total of 41 employees have designed T-shirts, sold more than four million shirts and raised more than 1.2 billion yen in donations.

For this latest collection, three members of Magnum Photos, the internationally renowned photography cooperative, traveled to Vietnam, Romania and Ethiopia to capture moments of the humanitarian activities supported by PEACE FOR ALL from their own perspectives. These images powerfully illustrate the global impact of buying and wearing PEACE FOR ALL t-shirts, and show where these activities are making a difference and the people they are supporting.

With this collection, created by combining UNIQLO’s “Power of Clothing” with Magnum Photos’ “Power of Photography”, UNIQLO will further expand the PEACE FOR ALL initiative worldwide in the hope of world peace.
