While you are on the Club Random with Bill Maher Podcast (via diversity), Tarantino praised Toy Story 3 while explaining that his impressive ending makes him never to see again Toy Story 4He shared his deep admiration for the Toy history Trilogy and emphasized his opinion that Toy Story 3 makes a fourth film unnecessary. I don’t watch all the cartoons and stuff, but I’m a huge fan of the Toy Story trilogy. I think there’s only one trilogy that absolutely, utterly works, and that’s A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

In the case of Toy Story, the third one is just great. It’s one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. And if you’ve seen the other two, they’re just devastating. But the thing is, they made a fourth one three years later or something, and I have no desire to see it. They literally finished the story as perfectly as they could, so no, I don’t care if it’s good. I’m done.
