A bevy of A-listers joined the cast and creative team of “The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat” at the film’s premiere in Los Angeles on Friday. The red carpet featured a variety of runway-inspired looks from Uzo Adubo to fiery reds from Sanaa Lathan and more.

Uzo Aduba preferred a look from Ferragamo’s Spring 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The Emmy winner wore a draped sleeveless dress in mint green with a flowing silhouette, keyhole neckline at the bodice and structured black collar.

Sanaa Lathan wore a matching set by Mônot, which included a high-waisted crepe maxi skirt and a matching slightly cropped turtleneck top with short sleeves. She paired the dress with Christian Louboutin shoes and Charlotte Dauphin jewelry.

Lathan’s hair was styled by Randy Stodghill and makeup was done by Meghan Yarde. Her look was curated by stylist Katie Bofshever.

Kyanna Simone Simpson wore a sleeveless midi dress with shimmering elements throughout by Rabanne. Simpson paired her sleeveless V-neck dress with gold sandals.

“The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat,” directed by Tina Mabry, tells the story of three best friends, known as The Supremes, who support each other through life’s challenges, marriage and children. The film was released in theaters Friday.
