Songwriter and producer Logan Turner has signed with Symphonic Music Publishing.
A former band member BexarTurner has collaborated with and recorded songs by Russell Dickerson, Cheat Codes, Keith Urban, Kane Brown, Martin Garrix, Dasha, Diplo and Jelly Roll.
A native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Turner taught himself to play guitar after an injury derailed his dream of playing college basketball. While writing songs during college, he decided to move to Nashville. Almost a year after arriving, Turner signed his first publishing deal with Urban, Ross Copperman and Joe Fisher. Shortly after, he was introduced to his future bandmate and signed a deal as Bexar with Warner Music Nashville. After four years, Turner left the band to focus full-time on songwriting and production.
During his time at Bexar, he amassed over 50 million streams and toured with Urban, Jelly Roll, and Niko Moon. He has also collaborated with producers and songwriters such as Oak Felder, J-Hart, Ojivolta, Murda Beatz, Luke Laird, and more.
“Logan is an incredible songwriter and producer who has achieved tremendous success both on his own and as a member of Bexar,” says Randall FosterChief Creative Officer, Symphonic Music Publishing. “I have always been impressed with his work and couldn’t be happier that he has decided to join the Symphonic family. With our help, there’s no telling how far he will go!”
“I am extremely excited and feel blessed to take this next step in my career with Symphonic,” says Turner.Eric (Olson) was one of my first co-writers when I came to Nashville and he was always someone I looked up to and respected as both a producer and a person. He, Randall and Melissa (hairdresser) have already made this place a home. I look forward to helping them build something special.”
