Brian Kelley releases anthem for his birthday: “Put Myself On”

Brian Kelley celebrated his 39th birthday with the release of “Put Myself On,” the “first song from my album coming out this fall,” the country singer-songwriter confirmed last week. His wife, Brittney Kelleywished “happy birthday to my husband 🫶🏽 Over a decade with you and a lifetime to go ILYSM🍬☀️🏄‍♂️,” in a tribute she shared on Instagram on Monday morning (August 26).

Kelley said his upcoming project was “very special” when he announced it on his social media pages in recent weeks. It consists entirely of solo compositions from Kelley and follows his last full-length album, Tennessee Truth. As of Monday’s release, the country artist has not confirmed an album title or release date.

Tennessee Truth came in May. The original 14-track project includes “Acres,” “How We’re Livin’,” “See You Next Summer,” and “Kiss My Boots,” among others. Kelley expanded the collection this month with two additional songs on the deluxe version. The expanded version includes “American Spirit” and “Make America Great Again,” the track that corresponds to the former U.S. president’s Donald Trumps slogan. Kelley released this song last month after performing “American Spirit” at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
